Kanji and Romanizations

mezame tatoki boku wa hitori
kuroku nuri tsubasareta heya
nanimo meizu nanimo kikoezu
hitori furueru yami no naka

tenjou ni wa ookina ketsu
sono saki kara totsujo hibiku
etai no shirenu bukimi no koe

「tsumibukaki shounen yo」

「omae wa kono saki eien ni」

「kono heya kara wa dararenu」 to itta

shunkan omoi dashita subete no kioku
mizukara ga kasane ta tsumi no kazukazu wo
kokoni iru riyuu to ketsumatsu ni kizuita
mou ano koroni wa modorenai no dato

kizukeba ryouude ni wa merareta akai tejou
sore wa kitto dareka no nagashita chi no iro
ryou no ashikubi ni wa aoi iro no kusari
sore wa kitto dareka no namida no iro

「rurira rurira」 kikoete kita uta wa
dare ga utau komoriuta darouka…

dore hodo no toki ga nagareta darou
ugoka nuzenmai ni tazune ta
doko kara tomo naku kikoete kuru
uta koe dakega boku wo iyasu

aru ni boku wa kizuitanda
sono uta no shinjitsu no imi wo
soshite boku wa komori uta ni
atarashii kotoba wo tsuketashita

zenmai no sukima kara
ochite kita chiisana hikari
sore wa kitto
kimi ga kureta MESSEEJI

mawari hajimeta zenmai wa shizuka ni kataru
「tsumi ga keshite yurusareru koto wa nai」
dakedo mizu to iu kotoba aku to iu kotoba
bokura wa soreru wo uta he tokaeyo

akai tejou hazure boku ni katari kakeru
「kore kara anata wa umare kawaruno yo」 to
aoi ashikase hazure boku ni hanashi kakeru
「kyou ga kimi no atarashii BIRTHDAY」

subete ga mawari soshite shiroku zomaru
mou sugu kimi ni ai ni yukuyo

English Translations

When I woke up, I was alone
In a room painted black.
I couldn’t hear anything and I couldn’t see anything.
I shivered alone in the darkness.

In the ceiling, there was a large hole.
When I looked closely, there was a giant spring.
Suddenly, there was a sound ahead,
An unknown eerie voice.

“Sinful boy,”
“From now and all of eternity,”
“It is impossible for you to leave this room.” It said.

At that moment, I recalled all of those memories.
The many sins that I have repeated.
I realized why it all ended.
It is impossible to return to those days anymore.

I noticed red handcuffs fastened my arms.
They are surely the color of blood somebody shed.
Both of my ankles are in blue chains.
They are surely the color of someone’s tears.

“Lu-li la Lu-li la” I heard this song before.
I wonder who is singing this lullaby…

‘I wonder how much time has passed.’
I asked the unmoving spring.
I hear it from out of nowhere.
Only the singing voice heals me.

One day I realized
The true meaning of the song.
And to that lullaby,
New words were added.

From the opening of the spring,
A small light came falling down.
It is surely
The message you gave me.

The spring surroundings start to turn and quietly says,
“There is never a time when sins are not forgiven.”
However, the word “water” and “evil”,
We will make those changes to the song.

The red handcuffs came off and told me,
“After this, you will be reborn.”
The blue shackles came off and spoke to me,
“Today is your new birthday.”

Everything around [me] was dying white.
We will meet again very soon.
